Position Purpose

Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative related duties.

Job Description

  • Operate telephone exchange, answer the incoming calls and transfer calls to the concerned department/person.
  • Greet visitors and guide them to concerned department/person.
  • Respond to visitor's questions professionally and courteously.
  • Take messages and communicate to the concerned person.
  • Keep the telephone directory updated with employee’s details.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange lunch/refreshments for various meetings.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.

Experience and Qualification

  • Graduate/Intermediate 
  • 2/3 years

Specific Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Working conditions are mostly indoor.
  • Must abide by health & safety policy and green office environment.
