Position Purpose

This position is responsible for providing IT network, system administration, and BCL portal support to end users. 

Job Description

• Level 1 / Level 2 support to Bestway infrastructure & networks.
• Portal development and support.
• Ticketing system development and customization.
• Windows and active directory knowledge and support.
• User management, file server management, print devices management.
• Anti-virus software installation and support.
• Email / outlook configuration and support.
• Management and troubleshooting of surveillance system (IP CAM & CCTV)

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Minimum CGPA 2.8
• Maximum age 26 years

Specific Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux and network printers.
• Motivated to work independently and as a team member.
• Performs R&D for issue resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skill.
• Willingness to relocate or visit any location of Bestway factories to complete assignments.
• Willingness to work on off days (if required).
