Position Purpose

To provide support in all Admin related tasks including activities related to land purchasing and ensuring compliance of Labor Laws. 

Job Description

  • Liaise and coordinate with other departments in managing relations with government bodies.
  • Prepare budget of administration department for each financial year.
  • Make arrangements of annual welfare scheme for local community.
  • Assist HOD Admin in implementation and compliance of policies.
  • Assist in obtaining NOCs from various government institutions as and when required.
  • Ensure that the contractor workers are being dealt by the contractors as per relevant laws.
  • Maintain proper record of land purchased and supervise the land purchase process.
  • Keep liaison with Local Government & Revenue Department.
  • Follow up the Court cases and to submit its monthly report to the concerned officials.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all the Contracts / Agreements.

Experience and Qualification

  • BBA/MBA/MPA  from HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. 

Specific Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
