Position Purpose

This position is responsible for managing daily operational tasks related to Exports and Financing.

Job Description

  • Payment of Exports commission/rebate/reimbursements as per requirement.
  • Prepare Exports dashboard on daily basis.
  • Prepare weekly reports of Exports show cause sheet, ageing analysis and update Exports log sheets.
  • Daily negotiations of export rate and realization of export proceeds.
  • Prepare quarterly EE/EF statements and submission of annual EE/EF statements for ERF limits. 
  • Provide support in disbursement of resident and non-resident dividends.
  • Prepare non-trade vouchers (bank charges, markup payments (ERF, RF, TFL etc.) and post in SAP. 
  • Prepare finance cost accrual bookings and monthly GL accounts reconciliations.
  • Assist Line Manager on various projects as and when required. 

Experience and Qualification

  • ACCA Affiliate / MBA Finance.
  • 03 to 05 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • Work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
