Position Purpose

To provide support for IT Operations and functional SAP ERP.  

Job Description

• Provide support in development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of IT system.
• Analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and implement.
• Develop projects as assigned, including requirements documentation through design, implementation, testing and support documentation.
• Provide day to day support, administration and maintenance for reported issues with assigned application areas/systems.
• Facilitate and support IT Help Desk with any SAP ABAP related issues.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Sciences / IT / Software Engineering.
• 01 to 03 years of relevant experience. 

Specific Requirements

• Understanding of business process flows in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management  (MM) and Human Resource Management HCM areas.
• Always has a “can do” attitude and be able to work independently.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel as and when required to company’s locations for business support purpose.
