Oversee the project activities related to Bestway Group Office Building project in Islamabad.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Project Consultant and any other technical parties on day to day basis for project activities.
- Ensure timely finalization of concept design documents in coordination with Architect and Project Consultant.
- Coordinate with related Government Authorities for getting the Project Design prepared in accordance with the law and getting maximum cost benefits for the Company.
- Design approval from Government Authorities in coordination with the Architect / Project Consultant.
- Assist in preparation of Project monitoring and operational documentation, communication and information system and management reporting.
- Shortlisting of Contractors in coordination with Project Consultant.
- Ensuring contract documents are prepared and issued to the contractor(s).
- Ensuring contracts are signed and managed accordingly.
- Keep record of all the Civil Construction Drawings received from the Designer.
Experience and Qualification
- B.Sc/B.Tech Civil from HEC recognized University.
- 08 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience on high-rise projects in Islamabad will be an added advantage.
