Position Purpose

This position will be responsible for supporting plant control team & works management in performance reporting, analysis, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Analysis of management and production accounts with reference to technical KPIs and performance parameters.
• Performance monitoring and reporting, variance analysis of variable, fixed costs (opex) and capex budgets, and follow-up on the corrective actions.
• Product costing analysis and review with Finance department for costing rationalization.
• Manage the whole annual budgeting exercise at Works and liaison with Finance department.
• Monthly review of power and gas tariffs charged and reasoning for variances.
• Ensure inventories optimization in constant coordination with Works, Procurement and Sales team.
• Develop feasibilities for new products, projects, fuels and power sources.
• Develop new tools to assist technical teams in evaluation / monitoring of financial impacts of technical KPIs.
• Ensure periodical internal and external competitive bench marking with highlighting the areas of improvement and corrective actions.

Experience and Qualification

• MBA Finance / ACMA / ACCA / CA (Part Qualified). 
• 12 to 14 years of relevant experience.
