Position Purpose

This position is responsible for safe & smooth operation of cement mill to meet the production targets. 

Job Description

• Proper handing over / taking over of shift. 
• Check operational parameters and study previous shift report.
• Ensure that the sample of cement is collected on hourly basis and feedback is provided by laboratory.
• Check main clinker storage extraction chute as per temperature & clinker characteristics.
  
• Maintain reading and update it on hourly basis in field log sheet.
• Carry out thorough physical inspection of the specified area check list filling on regular basis.
• Report immediately in case of any abnormality observed during physical inspection to Shift Engineer.

Experience and Qualification

• DAE Chemical / Matric.
  
• 03 to 09 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

• Good communication skills and report writing skills.
  
• Comply to HSE policy.
