Position Purpose

The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the quality & consistency of product along with the smooth operation of the raw mill.

Job Description

• Proper handing over / taking over of shift.
• Check operational parameters and study previous shift report. 
• Check the level of mix hopper and additive hoppers before starting the mill. 
• Ensure that the sample of raw mill is collected on hourly basis and feedback is provided by Laboratory.
• Check mill hoppers chutes and chocking tendency.
• Check the mill outlet pressure and take necessary action incase of any abnormality.  
• Run the mill at optimum capacity keeping in view standard operating parameters.
• Check and note down the Blending Silo level on hourly basis.

Experience and Qualification

• DAE Chemical  / Matriculate 
  
• 03 to 09 years of relevant experience

Specific Requirements

• Good communication skills & report writing skills
  
• Comply to HSE policy.
