Position Purpose

This position will lead and oversee dispatch operations of all plant sites including Hattar, Farooqia, Chakwal, Kallar Kahar & Mianwali. Ensuring effective planning and implementation of innovative strategies for logistics management, transportation, and customer services.

Job Description

• Plan and implement new strategies and managing all logistics including transportation. 
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transport cost, and operational efficiency. 
• Contribute to the achievement of sales plans and targets. 
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with transporters. 
• Address daily challenges and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.
• Review daily dispatch reports and prepare any other report as required. 
• Maintain monthly & yearly dispatch figures. 
• Collaborate closely with sales operations to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Analyze and evaluate transporters performance on a regular basis.  
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure team efficiency and productivity.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters from recognized institute / university.
• 15 plus years of relevant experience.

• Willing to travel as per business need.
