Position Purpose
To oversee, coordinate and execute all projects/ matters of Bestway Foundation.
Job Description
- Supervise, coordinate and facilitate the process of registration, evaluation and certification of Foundation with regulatory bodies.
- Supervise operations for Bestway Foundation Schools, College and any other educational projects.
- Seek approval from Trustee Bestway Foundation for all type of procurement and ensure procurement process.
- Administer end to end and report all HR processes (staffing & recruitment, trainings & development, performance appraisal and grievances) for all Foundation employees.
- Oversee record of petty cash and other payments related to projects under Bestway Foundation.
- Develop various policies and procedures related to Bestway Foundation projects.
- Oversee, coordinate and compile project-related reports and documents.
- Supervise, evaluate and monitor payment of monthly Zakat to indigents.
- Supervise, evaluate and monitor scholarships for deserving students as per policy.
- Supervise, evaluate and monitor Endowment Fund for scholarship to various Universities as per policy.
- Administer liaising with beneficiaries, other societies, trusts etc. for any sort of support, collaboration or coordination.
- Any other job assigned by Patron In Chief or Trustee Bestway Foundation.
Experience and Qualification
- Masters / Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University
- 08 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Education Sector.

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Frequent travelling to Bestway Foundation Schools and College.
