Position Purpose
The HR Associate at BCS will serve as a Generalist and be a single point for BCS employees for various operational HR matters.
Job Description
- Oversee complete employee life cycle from hire to retire by ensuring data sanity.
- Respond to various HR queries of BCS employees and be the focal point.
- Understand local HR systems and ensure integration for BCS.
- Assist in development of various HR policies for BCS.
- Facilitate in hiring process and completing hiring-related paperwork.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, leaves, reporting lines using HRIS.
- Resolve employee issues related to various services and benefits and escalate them, if required.
- Create education and awareness among employees for various HR policies.
- Ensure implementation of Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.
- Execution/Management of HR initiatives for BCS in coordination with corporate HR team.
- Extend operational system support on performance appraisals and trainings.
- Conduct employee pulse check and report to COO and HR Head.
- Prepare various dashboards and reports.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors in Business Administration/HR from a well reputed HEC recognized University.
- Minimum one year of experience in an HR Generalist role preferably in Shared Service Industry.
- An international HR certification will be an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and SAP HR Module.
- Comfortable to work from 01p.m to 10p.m.
