Job Description
- Oversee day to day operations of Admin Department.
- Assist Line Manager and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with external & internal stakeholders, respond to complaints and requests for information.
- Manage In-house event arrangements.
- Ensure timely invoicing and preparation of various reports.
- Manage and supervise support staff, assigning work tasks, create schedules & daily roasters.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for hotel and flights reservations, visa related documents etc.
- Prepare regular reports of fleet on vehicle management system.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline from recognized University.
- 01 to 02 years of experience in Administration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
