Position Purpose

This position will be responsible for managing the administrative matters and provide support in all related tasks,

Job Description

  • Oversee day to day operations of Admin Department. 
  • Assist Line Manager and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external & internal stakeholders, respond to complaints and requests for information.
  • Manage In-house event arrangements.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and preparation of various reports.
  • Manage and supervise support staff, assigning work tasks, create schedules & daily roasters.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for hotel and flights reservations, visa related documents etc.
  • Prepare regular reports of fleet on vehicle management system.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline from recognized University.
  • 01 to 02 years of experience in Administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
