Fleet Coordinator

Position Purpose

This position will be responsible for the Company fleet, material handling equipment and also provide support in administrative, operational and analytical areas.

Job Description

  • Assist with the fleet management including the mode of Transport, Service and Tax reminders.
  • Management of the approved supplier lists.
  • Monitor service level agreements and report KPI’s for appointed contracts.
  • Process purchase orders and invoicing for approved suppliers.
  • Administrate the Company fleet and enhance the operational efficiency.

Experience and Qualification

  • BBA / MBA
  • 02 to 03 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in challenging environment.
  • Ability to take initiatives.
  • Comfortable to work from 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
