Position Purpose

This position will provide support in Admin related tasks.

Job Description

  • Supervise canteen matters and verify canteen bills
  • Check and verify canteen coupons with bills claimed.
  • Ensure housekeeping of hostels, Plant areas and coordinate with cleaning contractors.
  • Ensure maintenance of hostel furniture.
  • Supervise the operation and utilization of transport fleet at site, preparation record and other related documents.
  • Prepare the duty roster of drivers, and allocation of vehicles on daily basis.
  • Arrange for renewal of registration books/route permit & fitness through Head Office.
  • Supervise transport matters, correspondence with Head Office through HOD and process the transport bills for payment.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors in business related discipline from HEC recognized University.
  • 01 to 02 years of relevant experience

  • Proven office management, administrative experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
