Sr. Analyst IT - Network Infrastructure

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for improvement and optimization in current infrastructure design and maintaining Bestway LAN and WAN.

Job Description

  • Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers.
  • Implement and design Wi-Fi Network using Ruckus Networks Datacenter, infrastructure operations and lead IT Infrastructure at plant site.
  • Configure and handle databases hardware and software firewalls and ensure provisioning of hardware in data center.
  • Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain an IT infrastructure to facilitate ease of access for using business applications, for the Bestway Group.
  • Implement and maintain Bestway LAN and WAN.
  • Analyze the relative impact of latest trends in IT industry, to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with business unit managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and predict trends and develop long range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness.
  • Responsible for designing and troubleshooting the Bestway Group global network of IT services to meet the functional objects of the business.
  • Work closely with project team members line managers for time allocation and prioritization.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/IT, 
  • 08 to10 years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in CISCO / Microsoft / Firewall will be preferred. 

Specific Requirements

  • Experience in installing/configuring multiple operating systems including Linux and Windows and managing mail servers.
  • Experience with Hypervisors including Hyper-V and VMWARE.
  • Microsoft AD and Exchange Deployment and architectural design experience.
