Position Purpose

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the prospecting team to drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. This role involves setting strategic goals, analyzing market trends, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective coordination and compliance across all prospecting activities. 

Job Description

  • Oversee the entire prospecting team, set goals, and provide guidance and support.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify business development opportunities.
  • Develop collateral materials, presentations, and case studies to support prospecting efforts and create content for marketing channels.
  • Ensure coordination between teams responsible for logistics for events or meetings with potential clients and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospecting-related information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Establishing KPIs for the lead generation team.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their prospecting skills and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare customized reports and presentations summarizing research findings, market insights, and potential client profiles.

Experience and Qualification

  • MBA / BBA preferably in Marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience of team leading role in B2B sales of various offshore services industries.

Specific Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Financial literacy and ability to build attractive proposal presentations.
  • An effective communicator, a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in building training and managing sales operations and teams.
