Lead Generation Specialist

Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and nurturing client relationships. The candidate will maintain a detailed prospecting database, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensure KPIs and team objectives are achieved.


Job Description

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects, utilizing various channels such as online research, networking events, and lead databases.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, to generate interest in BPO services.
  • Maintain and update an organized database of prospecting-related information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Nurture relationships with leads, moving them through the sales pipeline, and providing valuable information to the sales team to tailor their pitches.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to junior team members, including managing their industry research and data collection activities.
  • Contribute to decision-making related to the selection of prospecting and communication tools, ensuring KPIs and team objectives are achieved.
  • Manage and report risks associated with team KPIs to the line manager in real-time.

Experience and Qualification

  • BBA / MBA preferably in Marketing. 
  • 04 to 06 years of experience of a role in B2B sales of various offshore services industries.

Specific Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Financial literacy and ability to build attractive proposal presentations.
  • An effective communicator, a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
