Position Purpose

This role supports business development by conducting market research, identifying and qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized prospecting database. It involves generating new leads, preparing detailed client profiles, and providing insights to the sales team. 


Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients within target industries or sectors, leveraging data sources like LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Generate new leads by identifying companies that match the ideal client profile and provide the sales team with a list of qualified leads meeting specific criteria.
  • Research and compile detailed profiles of potential clients, including company size, industry vertical, key decision-makers, financial performance, and outsourcing practices.
  • Identify and verify contact information for key decision-makers or influencers within target companies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact details.
  • Maintain and update an organized database of prospecting-related information, including company profiles, contact details, lead status, and communication history.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation related to prospecting activities, and coordinate logistics for events or meetings with potential clients.
  • Provide training and support to team members, ensuring KPIs and other team objectives are being achieved, and report risks associated with team KPIs to the line manager in real-time.

Experience and Qualification

  • MBA / BBA preferably in Marketing.
  • 01 to 02 years of experience. 

Specific Requirements

  • Motivated to learn digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Financial literacy and ability to support in building attractive proposal presentations.
  • An effective communicator and good with multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated, innovative and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
