Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for delivery of projects and operational processes related to performance, talent optimization and OD initiatives in line with various business unit requirements.
Job Description
- Assist with all elements of talent and performance management: succession planning, talent assessments, progression and growth, performance management and performance improvement.
- Provide support in data analytics (cleaning, sorting, compiling, analyzing and reporting).
- Maintain up to date performance and talent management data.
- Assist with the career management processes and initiatives.
- Provide support in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with OD related communications.
- Provide assistant in arrangements of HR events i.e. Trainings, engagement events etc.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
- Provide support in automation of HR processes where possible with an aim to make the process more effective and efficient.
- Assist in conducting diagnostics (surveys) for OD projects.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned and communicated.
Experience and Qualification
- Masters / Bachelors with specialization or focus in HR from HEC recognized university.
- 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.

- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.) and any HRIS.
