Position Purpose

This position is responsible for planning, management and coordination of all official matters for General Manager Packaging.

Job Description

  • Prepare minutes of the meeting and circulate to all concerned through email, follow up with the stakeholders for action items.
  • Maintain and update meeting schedule of General Manager Packaging.
  • Prepare various reports in Excel as per requirement.
  • Maintain office files, distribute incoming mails to concern at the Plants.
  • Coordinate with Admin Department for fleet management, travel plans and hotel reservations for official assignments.
  • Provide support and resolve day to day office related issues.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors / Graduate in business related discipline.
  • 01 to 02 years of experience in a similar role.

Specific Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
