Position Purpose
The Manager HR Operations will lead and oversee the HR Operations team based in Islamabad, ensuring seamless execution of the entire HR Operations function for both Wholesale and Retail domains.
Job Description
- Supervise and manage the HR Operations team, fostering a high-performing and motivated work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, retention, and development of team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.
- Input and validate payroll data for the UK workforce, including absence management and contractual changes.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with UK employment laws.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and efficiency.
- Continuously review and optimize HR operations workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Act as a liaison for escalations, collaborating with UK-based HR teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Lead and support HR change management projects and oversee the HR system (Mitrefinch) as the administrator.
Experience and Qualification
- MBA/BBA in HR.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Experience of Team Leading in HR Operation environment.
- Understanding of UK HR practice and UK employment law in the context of HR Operations Excellent communication skills and practical experience of communicating across multiple sites.
- Experience of working in offshored shared service environment would be preferential.
- HR systems experience both as user and system administrator/manager (Global HR systems, UK HR systems e.g. SAP, Workday, SAGE, SD Worx, Oracle).
- Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 09 p.m.
