Position Purpose

To create engaging graphics for a variety of media, conceptualize visuals based on requirements, to cater to the needs of the design work from stakeholders and also for upcoming projects. 

Job Description

• Develop visual concept and designs that effectively communicate with target audiences.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, etc. to promote products or services.
• Attend meeting with stakeholders to gather information about their business needs, objectives, and target audience.
• Prepare sketches/web references of concept drawings to identify possible approaches to solving design problems.
• Make revisions to concept drawings based on stakeholder feedback or other considerations.
• Use computer software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/video editor to create original artworks or modify existing ones to meet specific design requirements.
• Coordinate with vendor agencies, web designers, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Provide support to Line manager in addition to his core responsibilities as and when required.
  
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors
• 04 to 08 years relevant experience.
• Creative Agency experience will be preferred.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Excellent time management, Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
