Position Purpose

The position will be responsible for driving market engagement and understanding customer needs. The role involves establishing goals, developing a strategic roadmap, and optimizing presales efficiency to build a strong lead pipeline and delivering exceptional customer value and driving sustainable growth.


Job Description

  • Engage with customers and conduct regular customer feedback sessions and market research to stay informed about unique challenges and requirements.
  • Align personal and departmental goals with company objectives and create individual performance plans that tie directly into broader company goals, ensuring clarity in expectations.
  • Schedule regular market visits and utilize CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes.
  • Implement regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as necessary based on results.
  • Standardize presales activities and training to maintain adherence to the sales process.
  • Use a mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate leads, and employ CRM systems for tracking.
  • Regularly review pricing strategies and value propositions to ensure competitiveness.
  • Create clear financial guidelines and engage customers in discussions about payment terms that work for both parties.

Experience and Qualification

  • MBA / BBA / BS Electrical or Electronics.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, give attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
