Position Purpose

This position is responsible for management of Human Resource information systems (HRIS), creating and maintaining standard operating Processes (SOP) for the department. 


Job Description

  • Assist in developing the above-mentioned functions with clear processes, sops & workflows.
  • Act a as a main liaison for all system related (HRIS) issues, act as a bridge between the HR operations team and I.T for all system related challenges.
  • Have Analytical approach to collect, evaluate and standardize data for dissemination to stakeholders in form of reports, dashboards and other visual formats ensuring uniformity and standardization.
  • Act as a process owner for all HR operations processes and assist in creating and maintaining a standardized data repository in the form a knowledge database.
  • Assist in creating a structured training program regarding HR operations processes for the team.
  • Leading periodic refresher sessions for employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and offshore statutory and legal requirements regarding data management, governance and security.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and processes to identify areas for improvement. and share actionable insights for the management.
  • Deliver actionable insights from reports on employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of all system, process and reporting issues.

Experience and Qualification

  • BBA / MBA 
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in HR Operations & HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations processes, BPO services industry.

Specific Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and practical experience of communicating across multiple sites.
  • Must be comfortable to work from 12pm to 9pm local time.
