Position Purpose

This position is responsible to provide HR support to all employees at plant and manage effective time office.


Job Description

  • Update and verify the data related to leavers, joiners, and active employees to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Head office on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
  • Provide support in the hiring & selection process, on-boarding, and orientation training.
  • Process resignations and clearance processes from all departments.
  • Supervise time office and maintain attendance system and duty rosters. Liaison with departments for overtime data, prepare overtime reports and analysis on monthly basis.
  • Liaison with relevant departments/Govt. officials for compliance and resolution of all matters related to EOBI, Social Security, Worker welfare etc. 
  • Process EOBI pension cases in coordination with the Head office team.
  • Coordinate and conduct health policy awareness sessions at the plant.
  • Organize sports activities and inter-department recreational activities.

 

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters with specialization in HR from recognized university.
  • 01 to 03 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Knowledge of Labor laws, WPPF, EOBI & Social Security.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP.
