Position Purpose

Setting up, optimizing and execution of mechanical equipment of waste heat recovery power plant.  Assessment of all trend data, generation of notifications.  Maintain assigned areas plant maintenance history.

Job Description

• Visit all assigned areas for inspection according to the schedule.
• List up PM activities and submit report in writing to I/C PM and assure the re-execution of work by concerned department.
• Maintain list of Pending / shutdown daily, P.M activities of assigned areas and to ensure the execution of these activities in next shutdown.
• Take temperature and vibration reading of critical equipment’s as per set frequency and indicate abnormal temperature and vibration to relevant execution department for remedial action.
• Analyze causes of equipment breakdown / damage in all assigned areas and to submit report to I/C PM suggesting remedial measures.
• Inform about any abnormality found during plant operation to concerned department and I/C PM.
• Issue PM Activities and to crosscheck the feedback of PM activities.

Experience and Qualification

• DAE Mechanical / Matric 
• 05 to 10 years of relevant experience (Power Plant, Cement Industry)

Specific Requirements

• Must have good know how basic safety measures and PPEs required at Cement Plant.
• Must have good know about data collection techniques.
• Root Cause Analysis, Condition monitoring skills, Ability to read/interpret Technical Drawings.
• MS Office skills and ERP (SAP)
