Position Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the management in making timely and informed Reward & Compensation decisions. 

Job Description

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and smooth disbursement of salary through process optimization 
  • Ensure timely and effective salary increment and bonus payout while attempting maximum alignment with direction from Top Management.
  • Provide pragmatic compensation and benefits structure and offer services that meet business needs.
  • Maintaining the internal equity (Overview of employee vs Industry)
  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits related communication to nationwide employees with regards to change in salary & benefits.
  • Salary offer computation for all new joiners.
  • Preparation of HR cost budget.
  • Responsible for designing SOPs to ensure smooth service delivery and process optimization.  
  • Administration of HRIS while ensuring completeness and accuracy of employee data.
  • Development of HR systems (SAP & ESSP) for continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure effective management of employee time & attendance.
  • Responsible for internal & external audit of Payroll and HR processes.
  • Monthly HR dashboard reporting and Quarterly Management Reporting and Analytics.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate provision of information to management.
  • Assignment of operational tasks to team members.
  • Ensure provision of operational support along with effective service delivery through HR functional teams.

Experience and Qualification

  • BBA / MBA HR
  • 06 to 08 years of experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience of SAP/ERP.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting analysis.
  • Certification in SAP HCM and compensation is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Salary Taxation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS functions and implementation preferred.
  • Strong operational knowledge of MS-Office, with advanced proficiency in MS-Excel.
  • Frequent travel to plants may be required.
