Position Purpose

Planning, management & coordination of all official matters for Director Admin.

Job Description

  • Assist Executive Coordinator on day to day tasks.
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting and circulate to all concerned through email, follow up with the stakeholders for action items.
  • Maintain and update meeting schedule of Director Admin.
  • Prepare various reports in Excel as per requirement.
  • Maintain office files, distribute incoming mails to concerned officials within the department and Head office, dispatch mails to all concerned at the Plants.
  • Coordinate with Admin Department for travel plans and hotel reservations for official assignments.
  • Provide support and resolve day to day office related issues.

Experience and Qualification

  • Graduate
  • 02 to 04 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
